Special projects

As head of Special Projects for GMG since 2007, Ann Pace Sutton aids and audits company interests to enhance people, programming, policy, processes, pitches and products.  She is a creative and resourceful ally for her fellow corporate staff and the management teams at the GMG television stations.  Recently, she spearheaded the company’s re-branding transition from Post-Newsweek Stations to Graham Media Group.

Pace Sutton served as VP/Station Manager at WJXT for many years, starting as promotion manager in 1979.  Previously, she worked in a variety of management roles in radio and television in the Peoria and Toledo markets.

She is a recipient of a number of industry honors for campaigns and programs including the company’s rare Lifetime Achievement Award.

Pace Sutton is very active in the Jacksonville community and is currently involved with the First Coast YMCA.

An Illinois native, Pace Sutton holds an AA from Stephens College and a BA from DePauw University.
